Return policy for orders from Vintaj.bg
Vintaj.bg customers have the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
To initiate the return process, the customer must send a request to the email: store@vintaj.bg, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
Conditions for accepting a returned product:
- The product must be in its original condition – unused, with no signs of wear.
- It must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs:
The costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the order amount will be refunded via bank transfer, to a bank account provided by the customer.
Vintaj.bg reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
